Every Friday afternoon, we hold regular reading sharing sessions. Staff share insights from their weekly reading. This practice has persisted for 100 sessions straight.

What do 100 sessions represent?

They mean 100 weeks of unbroken persistence. Five teams take turns to share, letting every staff speak out and internalize what they read.
