At Hubei Zhongchuan Gas Co., Ltd., we specialize in VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen plants and integrated gas separation systems, delivering high-quality industrial solutions across steel, non-ferrous metals, coal chemical, cement, pulp & paper, environmental protection, and medical sectors. One of our most notable projects is the 3200 Nm³/h VPSA Oxygen Plant installed at Thailand Xinkeyuan Steel Mill, a project that perfectly illustrates our capabilities in design, production, and on-site deployment of modular oxygen systems.

For this project, we designed a medium capacity oxygen plant tailored to the steel mill’s operational needs. The system delivers oxygen at 93% ±2% purity and 16 MPa pressure, ensuring optimal efficiency for continuous steelmaking operations. By adopting a skid-mounted modular oxygen plant design, we enabled rapid installation and integration with the mill’s production line, minimizing downtime and achieving immediate operational readiness.

The plant features our advanced high-efficiency adsorbent oxygen plant technology within a Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption system, maximizing oxygen recovery while reducing energy consumption. Its modular oxygen production equipment layout allows the system to scale easily, providing flexibility to expand capacity in the future. This approach also ensures simplified maintenance, reliable operation, and reduced operational risk.

In addition to modularity, the project highlights our ability to provide flexible oxygen production systems. Operators at Xinkeyuan Steel Mill can adjust output according to production demand, ensuring continuous supply without interruption. Our industrial oxygen generator maintains a stable, high-quality oxygen flow that supports critical steelmaking processes, contributing to higher productivity and energy efficiency.

This installation exemplifies our capability to deliver medium scale oxygen production systems, as well as large scale oxygen production systems, depending on client requirements. The plant also demonstrates our experience in continuous oxygen production plants, where reliability, safety, and energy efficiency are essential for industrial applications.

The project underscores our integrated approach: from research and development, design, and testing, to production and commissioning, we provide end-to-end EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) services. Our 20,000 m² production workshop is equipped with over 30 advanced instruments, including CNC machines, laser cutters, tensile testing machines, and plasma welding equipment, ensuring world-class quality.

Beyond Thailand, we have exported VPSA oxygen plants and other gas separation solutions to Indonesia, the Middle East, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, and other regions. Our collaborations with leading industrial groups such as Baowu Group, Minmetals Group, HBIS Group, Shaanxi Coal Group, and China National Air Separation demonstrate the global recognition of our industrial oxygen supply systems.

Since our founding in 2017, we have grown into a benchmark in Central China for VPSA oxygen technology.
